Description

The Lake Raponda trails are accessed from the parking area above Green Mountain Beach. Three loops are available. Just uphill is the Town Forest Loop, a short stroll through the woods. The Old Stage Road and Ware Road loops are about 2.5 miles each along quiet country roads and trails..

The Raponda Ridge trails are accessed from the Raponda Ridge parking area. Near the top of the ridge, you can continue ahead or turn to follow a babbling brook. These branches of the trail rejoin and then intersect the Hogback Mountain trails. From there you can continue on to Hogback Mountain and visit the gift shop, brewery, distillery, and the Mt. Olga fire tower.
