Description

The easy, wide (8-12 feet) and mostly flat paved Appel Way connects Wheelock Park to historic Court Street. The trail is lined with magnificent examples of Victorian architecture and passes through numerous parks and natural spaces, including areas abutting the Ashuelot River and Jonathan Daniels Trail. Restrooms are available at Wheelock Park in the summer only.
