Profile Recreational Rail Trail
To access the trail from central Bethlehem, drive east out of town on US-302/Main Street. Turn right onto Muchmore Road and then right at the T-intersection. Parking for the trail is available on the left side of the road near the railroad trestle.
The Profile Trail is 2.3 miles and located in the town of Bethlehem and goes between US-3 and US-302. The trail is made up of a section of the the old Bethlehem narrow gauge Profile & Franconia Notch Railroad. Now the level trail is surfaced in gravel, ballast, dirt, and grass. Because the surface is somewhat varied, mountain bikes are recommended over road bikes.
ATVs are permitted with snowcover only.

Leave No Trace Principle
Leave What You Find
Leave the trail work to the pros: they will add or remove blazes, cairns (stone trail markers), structures, and trail improvements as deemed necessary.
