Otter View Park is 16 acres of wetlands, scenic vistas, and opportunities to view wildlife. With bike racks and a nearby bus stop, this neighborhood park provides access for birding and nature enjoyment.
The boardwalk and viewing platform are universally accessible and have benches. The natural surface trail from the car/bike parking area is flatter and less steep than the one from Pulp Mill Bridge Road which has steep cross slopes, due to erosion. Depending on the time of year and mowing schedule, grass on the trail can make it difficult to navigate with mobility assistance equipment.
