Description

The dirt parking lot off of NH-10 north offers two different picnic benches, and seasonally a Little Free Library that is located up the trail.

From the trailhead at the parking lot, the trail starts as a gravel path until the handicapped-accessible bridge. Past the bridge, the trail continues on a crushed gravel and forest floor trail running 450 feet along the Skinner Brook to an overlook, where there is both a bench and another picnic table. The picnic table is a little tucked away and may be hard to get to for some users. Interpretive signs along the way briefly explain various features of interest, with more extensive information accessible via a smartphone using the respective QR codes.
