Description

The SCA Trail is used to train SCA Trail Crews to build various trail structures as part of their national program to provide trail expertise and maintenance at many parks and community lands throughout the country. You'll see many different types of bridges and water (wet area) crossing methods including turnpikes, closed culvert, stringer bridges, and more. Several small spur trails provide additional access points to the Connecticut River and an adjacent field skirting the upper river bank provides more exploring.

A Connecticut River Canoe Campsite is located along the trail and is intended for paddlers overnight camping needs. No fires please!

Note: No motorized or wheeled vehicles.
