The Province Brook Trail is a 3.0 mile out and back trail to Province Pond in the White Mountain National Forest. Beginning at the end of Forest Road 303 in Chatham, New Hampshire, the Province Brook Trail gently climbs 1.5 miles up an old logging road to the edge of Province Pond. The trail continues around the eastern edge of the Pond where a singletrack trail leaves the logging road and reaches the Province Pond Shelter located on the northern shore of the pond. The shelter is available for overnight use on a first come, first served basis.
