Description

MUD SEASON CLOSURES

The Upper Network is closed for mud season; the Lower Network remains open. On open trails, please help protect them by turning around if you encounter mud or ice.

Perry Hill has over 10 miles of singletrack. Best known for intermediate and expert riding, the trails feature rock challenges and technical downhills. If you are looking for flow, look toward the Campfire Trail.

Small Axe Trail between the Burning Spear exit and Disney exit is closed for trail improvements until further notice.

For information on specific trail closures, check the Waterbury Area Trails Alliance website

Trail Tips

Dispose of Waste Properly
Keep the Twin States (Vermont & New Hampshire) green and clean! Pick up trash, even if it's not yours. Leave soon-to-be trash like excess packaging, stickers, and twist ties at home.

Trailhead Information

Go east through Waterbury Village on US-2. Just before the bridge over the Winooski, turn left on River Road. The trailhead is on the right after 0.3 miles. To access the trails, cross River Road to the trailhead. The lot is plowed in the winter.
