Description

The trail heads east from the trailhead on White Oaks Road. After passing the south side of the North Adams waterworks, it follows an old woods road east and north. The trail parallels Broad Brook, crossing it several times, before reaching the Agawan Trail junction at 1.6 miles. These crossings can be challenging in the spring or at other times of high water. The trail then ascends northeasterly to a dirt road at 3.7 miles, on which it travels for the last 0.3 miles of its length east to the intersection with the Long Trail.
