Description

The Farmington Recreational Rail Trail runs for six miles between the towns of Rochester and Farmington. The trail parallels the Cocheco River and NH-11 through a wooded corridor. The trail is relatively flat and is made up primarily of loose surfaces like gravel, sand, and cinder, so bikers should take caution. The trail is popular with snowmobiles in winter.
