Description

Trail is well marked with round, white Pittsford Trail Network blazes. Park across the road from the signpost. Hike up the woods road to the meadow, cross the meadow back into the woods. Follow a woods road until the trail turns off. Follow blazes to the summit. When you reach the summit, you’ll see a view to the north/northeast. Continue past that view a short distance downhill to the wider west/southwest view.

Trailhead Information

Traveling South on Route 7, head north on Oxbow Road (directly across from Mobil Station on Route 7); turn left on Adams Road; continue straight onto Furnace Road at intersection with Goat Farm Road; at "Y" stay left on Barnard Road.

This is is a beautiful area. The trail description needs some updating. There is a loop at the top. See the town of Pittsford for a description and map.
